To review our itinerary, Genie+, or other trip information, please visit this link to our Google Drive of documents for the trip. Students should plan to arrive to SCHS between 6 and 6:30am on Thursday. Students are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to have a ride bring them to Stoney so they are not leaving their car in the parking lot unattended for the duration of our trip. Upon arriving, students will bring luggage into the Dance Room for check-in. Our bus is scheduled to arrive at 7:00am, at which point we will begin loading for departure. Students and parents participating in the trip need to also the Bob Rodgers Travel app for their phone. The post card received at our trip meeting has all the registration information needed to join our group. Please email Mrs. Staniszewski if you need any of the registration information for the BRT app, as we will be using it for important announcements throughout the trip, including updates about our return to Rochester. Little Caesar's Fundraiser We are once again offering Little Caesar's Pizza kits! The procedure is exactly the same as the last sale. This was a GREAT SAF opportunity, and everything is done online. We are very excited to be hosting State Solo & Ensemble for the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association this year! This prestigious event hosts student musicians from over 30 area high schools who earned top ratings at the District S&E events earlier in the year, and who may move on to receive top honors and scholarships from MSBOA. We have a tradition of hosting this event at Stoney annually, and while we haven't been able to host since 2019 due to the COVID pandemic, we are very excited that this event will be back in person at Stoney Creek HS again for the coming year. Because of the size and breadth of this event, all SCHS Band and Orchestra parents and students (whether or not they are performing) need to volunteer for this event to be a successful one. This has been a point of pride in our music program for many, many years and as a result, many MSBOA judges request to come to SCHS for the wonderful experiences they've had here in the past for this event. We need all-hands-on-deck! Please mark your calendars now for Saturday, March 18th and consider what time frame/opportunities might work best for you in the coming months. Some of our volunteer opportunities for this event include:
