Extenuating Expenses This is the first year that Finger Printing is required for all RCS overnight volunteers; including Band Camp Chaperones and Instructors. Nearly 100% (except school staff) of our adult chaperones need to be processed. Finger Printing averages $62 per individual. If you’re not chaperoning, consider donating any amount to help offset this cost (this expense could be well over $1,620). We received generous donations, but still have a hefty expense to absorb. Checks can be made payable to SCHS Music Boosters, Monetary/Gift Card donations should be turned over to the Camp Coordinators: Ann-Marie McCardell or Pamela Steen at Instrument Packing AND a donation box will be available at Sunday Morning Camp Check In. REMIND Parents, our way to communicate with you is through REMIND. All families are asked to have at least one member sign up to receive these important announcements. This communication mode will be used to get information out quickly. To sign up: Text @vpband to 81010 Facebook offers a means for our Band community to share pictures, experiences and keep connected in a private group. Band Camp pictures will be posted throughout the week as time allows. Please join our private FB community: Stoney Creek HS Bands - https://www.facebook.com/groups/StoneyCreekHSBands/ Camp Donations: We welcome your donations for some of our camp supplies. Financial donations help defray expenses and in the end allow us to add some sweet treats, healthy snacks and fun activities to the camp week. Checks can be made payable to SCHS Music Boosters, Monetary/Gift Card donations should be turned over to the Camp Coordinators: Ann-Marie McCardell or Pamela Steen at Instrument Packing AND a donation box will be available at Sunday morning Camp Check In Volunteers - we NEED YOU!:
