Summer is in full swing, but we only have a few weeks until Band Camp kicks off our 2018 season! Here are a few important reminders before we head into August:
Band Camp: July 29-August 4, 2018 All our final information for camp can be found by clicking here. Be sure to read everything thoroughly for things like departure times, packing requirements, daily schedule, and more! Blue & Gold Scrimmage: Saturday, August 11th Our first performance outside of band camp, this mandatory event is our official home game "dress rehearsal". We will be joined by all the other fall activities/sports who contribute to making Friday nights special, including all our SCHS Football teams, dance, and cheer. A potluck dinner will also be available for students/families. Students will need to report in their summer uniforms (polos, khaki shorts, white socks/shoes) at 5pm for warm-up. The event should be wrapping up around 8pm. Once an official timeline with further details has been released, it will be publicized. Performance at Jimmy John's Field: SCHEDULE CHANGE TO FRIDAY, AUGUST 24th One of our larger fundraisers for the year and another required performance, we are very excited to return to Jimmy John's Field and perform for the United Shore Professional Baseball League's game with the Westside Woolly Mammoths vs. the Eastside Hoppers! We hope you will come and invite your friends and family to get a preview of our 2018 music and stay for a great night of baseball, food, and fun!
